Located in Gatlinburg's premier log home community of Black Bear Falls, Bear's Corner is a true log cabin with lodge-style furnishings that complement the warm wood finishes in this 1900 square foot three tiers home. The 3-bedroom, 3-full bath cabin sleeps 10 and has a glorious view of the surrounding countryside and the Great Smoky Mountains.
The Black Bear Falls community is nestled on over 40 acres with towering trees, beautiful ridges, and natural streams and springs. As you enter the community you are greeted with a cascading waterfall, ponds, the clubhouse, and swimming pool.
This beautiful resort home has a master suite on the upper level with a king log-bed, private bathroom, a sitting area, and a 46" high definition television.
On the main level is a second bedroom with a 32" high definition television, queen bed, and a handicap friendly en-suite bath. In addition, the main level has a fully-stocked kitchen, a family room with a pull-out sofa (sleeps two), a gas-log stone fireplace, a 46" high definition television, and a dining area that seats eight people comfortably. Off the family room is a large spacious deck with a porch swing and rocking chairs that showcase the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains.
The lower level provides a third bedroom with a 32" high definition television, king bed, en-suite bath, a game room with a pool table, old-fashioned board games for adults and children, and a 46" high definition television. A high-top table that seats four and a pull-out sofa that sleeps two provides plenty of seating area in the game room. There is a full-size washer and dryer so you won’t have to worry about laundry services and you can pack light for your family’s vacation. The lower level deck is as large and spacious as the upper deck, has a 4 person hot-tub, rocking chairs and provides the same view as the upper deck.
The Black Bear Falls community is conveniently located just 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, a few short minutes from the Trolley Stop, and a short 15 minute drive to nearby Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Dollywood Splash Country and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It is a natural mountain setting that gives you the feeling of being away from it all while still having the comforts and activities of the town nearby.
